Are you a creative designer with a pulse on social media trends? We're looking for a Communications Associate to help bring our stories to life across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

As our Communications Associate, you’ll help shape and share our story with the world. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Design beautiful and effective materials — from web pages and social media content to presentations, pitch decks, brochures, and other collateral for communications and fundraising.
  • Support our email newsletters by reviewing and refining the design (basic HTML/CSS knowledge will help!).
  • Create and edit engaging short-form videos and reels for social media.
  • Stay on top of social media trends, manage posts, track analytics, and use collaborative tools like Canva.
  • Keep our content calendar updated and organized so we stay on track with campaigns and storytelling.
  • Assist in the development and execution of communication strategies to grow engagement on social media and digital platforms.
  • Manage website content for SEO, maintain accessibility standards, and optimize headlines and tags.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and recommend actionable improvements to boost our digital presence.

What We’re Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in managing social media and creating digital content.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, CMS platforms, and analytics tools.
  • A collaborative spirit and comfort working in fast-paced, remote environments.
